The Challenge
Rocklow Medical Centre needed a modern website that would serve both the practice and its patients. The challenge was to make it easy for patients to access information, register with the practice, download forms, and stay informed while reducing administrative workload for the team.
Website Design
We designed and built a responsive website focused on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use. The site was structured around the needs of patients, ensuring that key information such as services, opening hours, contact details, repeat prescriptions, and patient resources could be found quickly and easily.
Online Patient Registration
A key part of the project was the implementation of an online patient registration system. This allows new patients to complete registration forms digitally, helping streamline administration and making the registration process more convenient for both patients and practice staff.
The Result
Rocklow Medical Centre now has a professional digital presence that supports patients while reducing administrative effort within the practice. The website acts as a central information hub, helping patients access the services and information they need while allowing the practice to communicate more effectively with its growing patient base.
