The Challenge

The client came to us with an idea — to become Ireland's only specialist accountancy practice for the fitness sector. No brand, no data on market size, just a gut feeling and a strong conviction. Our challenge was to build a marketing programme that would test the idea, validate the opportunity, and bring it to life.

Brand Development

From the outset, the objective was to create a specialist brand that would immediately resonate with gym owners, fitness studios, and personal trainers. We developed the brand strategy, naming, visual identity, website, and content — creating a clear and distinctive position within the Irish fitness sector.

Lead Generation

We developed a targeted lead generation system combining prospect list building, email outreach, and strategic messaging. This campaign helped Fitbooks proactively connect with potential clients while increasing awareness of their services among Irish SMEs and business owners.

The Result

Fitbooks launched with a stronger brand presence, a clear and professional website, and a practical outreach strategy designed to support business growth. The combination of improved positioning and proactive lead generation created a stronger foundation for attracting and converting new clients.
