The Challenge
Words to Keep had created a unique and meaningful product, but the brand and website did not fully reflect the emotional value of what they offered. The challenge was to create a more refined and trustworthy online presence that would help customers navigate sensitive life moments with confidence and ease.
Brand Strategy
The strategy focused on positioning Words to Keep at the intersection of remembrance, storytelling, and personal connection. Rather than presenting products as gifts alone, we framed them as lasting keepsakes that help preserve memories, celebrate lives, and capture the words that matter most.
Creative Workflow
A key part of the project was designing a bespoke workflow that transformed a highly manual process into a seamless customer journey. Customers can submit information and photographs through an online form, allowing Ed Buckley to create a personalised poem before transferring it into a beautifully designed keepsake document incorporating the client's images. The system supports both creativity and efficiency while preserving the personal nature of the service.
