The Challenge
With a major competitor already operating several hundred laundry kiosks across Ireland, Go Laundry needed to enter the market as a genuine alternative — not just another option. The brand had to work hard from day one, standing out in busy locations and building trust with customers who had never heard of them.
Brand Strategy
We started by understanding what mattered most to the customer — convenience, speed, and reliability. From there we built a strategic position that went beyond competing on price or location. Go Laundry would win on experience. Every brand decision that followed was built around that insight.
Visual Identity
The identity needed to be bold enough to take on an established market leader and consistent enough to work across every touchpoint — from kiosk signage to loyalty cards. Strong colour, a distinctive mark, and a visual language built to perform everywhere.
Signage & Socials
Every kiosk needed its own weatherproof wayfinding system — clear enough for any customer to navigate the machines without assistance. The same visual language then carried seamlessly through to social media and digital communications.
